Multifloral or milflore honey

Milflores is the most common type of honey in Galicia, and is produced from a wide variety of floral species, with no particular species predominating. That is why it can differ so much in flavor depending on the area in which it is produced, as it is a true reflection of the richness of the vegetation of its area of origin. The main species involved in the production of this honey are, among others, chestnut blossom, blackberry, heather, eucalyptus, wild plants and fruit trees.

Depending on the weather, it can also bring small amounts of honeydew at the end of the summer, which gives different nuances to the sensory characteristics of these honeys.
